Abstract submission is closed.

The following requirements apply to abstracts for oral or poster presentations at EWLA2022:

• Abstracts should be prepared with the following word template:  EWLA2022_Abstract_Template.docx
• The abstract should not be longer than 1 page.
• Optionally 1 figure, including caption, can be added.
• Abstracts should be named as follow: EWLA2022_surname_session-letter_style (for example: EWLA2022_Riedo_A_poster).
• The presentation style can be an oral or poster presentation.

The following sessions themes can be used. Please use the corresponding letter:

• Fundamental research:

  • A) Laser-matter interaction
  • B) Particle formation and transport phenomena
  • C) Qualitative and quantitative element and isotope mapping (2D and 3D)
  • D) Standardization
  • E) Isotope ratio analysis
  • F) Data processing and management (incl. Machine Learning/AI)
  • G) Chemical depth profiling
  • H) Simultaneous tandem and/or multi sensor techniques

• Applications:

  • I) Earth, Geology, and Planetary Sciences
  • J) Bioimaging & Life Sciences
  • K) Archaeology & Cultural Heritage
  • L) Material Sciences and Industrial Applications
